Screen printing equipment questions, answered

Which press is right for my volume?

Manual carousels (Adelco Manual Carousel, KIWO Basic) suit startups, sampling and short runs. The KIWO Pro Carousel adds micro-registration for higher accuracy. The Adelco Cyclone, Matrix Oval and Ellipse Oval are automatic, servo-driven presses for growing to high-volume textile production — speeds over 1000 prints per hour.

Do you supply more than just presses?

Yes. Beyond carousels and presses, we supply the full screen room workflow — coating, imaging, stretching, exposure, washing, drying and ink mixing equipment — from Grünig, KIWO, Adelco and ATMA.

What is Computer-to-Screen (CTS) imaging?

CTS and Laser-to-Screen systems expose stencils directly without film, improving speed, consistency and detail. Our KIWO and Grünig STM ranges span compact single-screen units through to fully automated in-line production systems.

Can you help me choose between equipment categories?

Yes — tell us your production volume, screen sizes and current workflow, and our technical team will recommend the right combination of press, coating, imaging, washing and drying equipment.

Do you also supply screen printing consumables?

Yes — inks, mesh, emulsions, chemicals, adhesives and squeegees from Wilflex, Marabu, Ulano, KIWO and Sefar, matched to the equipment you run.

Do you install and service this equipment?

Yes. Installation, operator training and ongoing maintenance are provided across Australia and New Zealand from our Victoria and New South Wales offices.
