CDF/QT Thick-Film, SBQ sensitized and available in pink, comes in thicknesses ranging from 100µ to 400µ. Perfect for printing with plastisol inks on t-shirts and sportswear, it features extremely fast exposure times, making it ideal for use with low power light sources. It can be adhered with water or QTX® emulsion.
Designed for specialty printing, CDF/QT Thick-Film is excellent for creating high-density, puff, and lenticular effects, peelable solder masks in electronics, false mosaic and leading effects in glass and ceramic decorating, and more. This Capillary Direct Film version of Ulano’s QTX® emulsion ensures extended shelf life, rapid exposure, and on-press durability. CDF/QT Thick-Film can be laminated to achieve varying stencil thicknesses, offering significant labor and production time savings compared to direct emulsion.
