Description
Hardner K is a red-colored chemical hardener that is applied to the stencil screen after developing the image to increase the water resistance of most photo emulsions. It works especially well with KIWOCOL POLY-PLUS HWR emulsion. HARDENER K chemically crosslinks with the emulsion for maximum resistance and will often result in an unreclaimable permanent stencil.
Depending on the chemical structure of the emulsion, an absolute water proof stencil may be achieved that is no longer reclaimable.
