Offset Printing Inks

With the OPTISCREEN SL-7G200 Relief Lacquer we present a product, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates. OPTISCREEN SL-7G200 achieves good dot sharpness at high ink lay-down. Therefore it is also suitable for UV screen printing of Braille text or decorative reliefs.

With UVAFLEX® YL-5P000 we present a primer, especially for improving ink adhesion and printability of difficult substrates for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for aluminium coated materials with adhesion problems. UVAFLEX® YL-5P000 is characterized by its high reactivity. In addition it is suitable for further processing such es glueing or hot-foil stamping.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-6R000 Release Lacquer we present a product with extremely high slip for non-food applications that require a release coating such as peel-and-read, peel-and-reseal or scratch-off lottery cards. It may also be successfully used as an adhesive deadener. UVAFLEX® YL-6R000 was predominantly developed for the use on paper and carton board.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G200 Lacquer we present a product, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates. UVAFLEX® YL-7G200 is characterized by its good slip properties and excellent mechanical resistances. The formulation of UVAFLEX® YL-7G200 contains no benzophenone. Other formulation variants of YL-7G203 are availlable.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G100 Lacquer we present a product, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates. UVAFLEX® YL-7G100 is characterized by its high reactivity. In addition it is suitable for further processing such es glueing or hot-foil stamping.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G201FCM Lacquer we present a low-migration product, especially for printing of thermal paper. It is ideal for use on top-coated thermal paper. UVAFLEX® YL-7G201FCM stands out with its high resistance against different fillings.

With UVAFLEX® YL-5P000FCM we present a low-migration primer, especially for improving ink adhesion and printability of difficult substrates for food applications.UVAFLEX® YL-5P000FCM is predominantly designed for aluminium coated materials with adhesion problems and is characterized by its excellent adhesion and low odour properties.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G100FCM Lacquer we present a low-migration product, especially for the offline refinement of digital printed labels for food packaging. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates.UVAFLEX® YL-7G100FCM is characterized by its high reactivity. In addition it is suitable for further processing such es glueing or hot-foil stamping.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G200FCM Lacquer we present a low-migration product, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates.The formulation of UVAFLEX® YL-7G200FCM is low-migration and contains no benzophenone. Other formulation variants of YL-7G200FCM are availlable.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G105 Lacquer we present a product, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates. UVAFLEX® YL-7G105 is characterized by very good mechanical resistances and good suitability for further processing such as overprinting or foil blocking.

With the ROLID® RV Ink Series we present a heat-drying (IR) series, especially for container decoration (also refferred to as dry-offset or indirect letterpress).

The ink series is not suitable for overvarnishing and designed for cups, buckets, lids and other preformed containers. It has excellent resistances against different fillings.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7G201 Lacquer we present a product, especially for printing of thermal paper. It is ideal for use on top-coated thermal paper. UVAFLEX® YL-7G201 stands out with its high resistance against different fillings.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7M101 Ultra Matt Lacquer we present a matt lacquer, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates and stands out with its very good stability in the duct.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7M101 Ultra Matt Lacquer we present a matt lacquer, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. It is predominantly designed for non absorbent substrates and stands out with its very good stability in the duct.

With the UVAFLEX® YL-7M100FCM Lacquer we present a low-migration matt lacquer which is suitable for further processing such as foil blocking or overprinting.

UVAFLEX® YL-7M100FCM stands out with its high matt effect and good mechanical and chemical resistance.

With the UVALUX® UL-5P100 Lacquer we present a high gloss lacquer, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. UVALUX® UL-5P100 is characterized by its very good adhesion. Therefore it can also be used as primer to improve ink adhesion on substrates with difficult printing properties.

With the UVALUX® UL-7M210FCM Lacquer we present a satin-matt lacquer for offset printing units, especially for printing of brochures, labels and packaging for non-food applications. UVALUX® UL-7M210FCM stands out with its good suitability for "drip-off" applications. In this application UL-7M210FCM is inline overprinted with a gloss lacquer which results in a structured or matt surface. See also section "Practice Remarks".

With the UVALUX® U0832 Coldfoil Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX® U0832 is grey dyed and has an increased viscosity for printing on strong absorbent substrates.

With the EURALUX O0834LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration conventional drying adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in offset- or letterpress printing. EURALUX O0834LM is grey dyed.

With the EURALUX O0836LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration conventional drying adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in offset- or letterpress printing. EURALUX O0836LM is not dyed (transparent).

With the EURALUX O0835LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration conventional drying adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in offset- or letterpress printing. EURALUX O0835LM is yellow dyed.

With the UVAFLEX® U0842LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in flexo printing. UVAFLEX® U0842LM is not dyed (transparent).

With the UVAFLEX® U0842 Coldfoil Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging in flexo printing. UVAFLEX® U0842 is not dyed (transparent).

With the UVALUX® U0821 Coldfoil Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX® U0821 is not dyed (transparent) and due to its low tack it is particularly suitable for reel-fed applications.

With the UVALUX® U0831 Coldfoil Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX® U0831 is grey dyed.

With the UVALUX® U0832 Coldfoil Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX® U0832 is grey dyed and has an increased viscosity for printing on strong absorbent substrates.

With the UVALUX^® U0831LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX^® U0831LM is grey dyed.

With the UVALUX® U0830LM Coldfoil Adhesive we present a low-migration UV curing adhesive, especially for printing of labels and packaging for food in offset- or letterpress printing. UVALUX® U0830LM is yellow dyed.

With the OPTIFLEX U06208832 Lamination Adhesive we present a UV curing adhesive for inline foil-lamination on reel-to-reel presses. The adhesive is applied with a flexo printing unit. OPTIFLEX U06208832 contains optical brighteners.

With the UVAFLEX® U0805LM Laminating Adhesive we present a low-migration UV curing adhesive for inline foil-lamination on reel-to-reel presses. The adhesive is applied with a flexo printing unit. UVAFLEX® U0805LM does not contain optical brighteners.
